You have the right to cancel your order before we despatch it (orders are normally despatched within one working day), please call us to let us know about the cancellation on 01803 550681. should you need to return your order to us (see the address on your invoice), it must reach us within 14 working days from the day after the day on which you received it. Please pack it appropriately and include a note to tell us why you are sending it back. We will refund you within 30 days after receiving a cancellation notice.

If you are cancelling your order because you’ve changed your mind then please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods.

If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, you must return them to us within 14 working days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we receive the returned products. In case of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale we will pay for the postage costs.
